UTIITSL PAN resizer — verify, then size

UTIITSL's official guidelines confirm the printed form asks for two 4.5 × 3.5 cm photographs, but the reviewed page does not publish a digital-upload pixel or KB table. This page therefore ships with custom sizing only: enter the exact width, height and KB cap your live form displays.

Custom output settings

Custom values are not official-preset compliant. Physical units convert using the chosen PPI; density metadata is not claimed for a custom profile.

How to work from the live form

  1. 1For a printed application, follow the official UTIITSL guidelines: affix two identical 4.5 × 3.5 cm photographs and sign across the left photo.
  2. 2For a digital upload, open the instructions shown inside the UTIITSL application — that table is the authoritative source for the upload step.
  3. 3Enter those width/height values in custom mode; set the maximum KB to a number at or below the portal's cap.
  4. 4Export and compare the verified output values with the portal's requirements. If you find an official public table, report it with a link.

Common questions

Why not just publish 213 × 213 and 400 × 200 like other sites?

Those figures come from a pre-2026 UTI workflow and were not confirmed against UTIITSL's current forms (effective 1 April 2026). Publishing unverified constants risks producing files that fail at the portal. 'Not verified' plus custom sizing is safer.

Where can I find the real numbers?

The instructions displayed inside the UTIITSL application portal itself. If you can match them to an official public page, send the link via the report tool.

Verification status of UTIITSL figures

Confirmed for UTIITSL: the official guidelines state two 4.5 × 3.5 cm photographs for the printed form. Not confirmed: current digital-upload pixel/KB limits, which the reviewed page does not publish. Popular third-party tables (213 × 213 photo, 400 × 200 signature) predate the 2026 form change and are treated as unconfirmed legacy references.

Profiles used on this page

Pixels derive from cm × DPI ÷ 2.54; 'KB' is read as 1024 bytes.
