About PanCard Resizer Online
PanCard Resizer Online is an independent, ad-free, browser-based utility that helps people prepare PAN application photos, signatures and documents locally, without creating an account. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Income Tax Department, Protean (NSDL), UTIITSL, or any government body.
Specification governance
Every dimension and byte limit on this site lives in one versioned registry — the UI, the export engine, the validator, and the automated tests are all driven from it. Each verified profile records the source URL, the exact submission context, the effective date, the reviewer, and a one-line source quote. If a current primary source cannot be found, the profile is published as 'not verified' or left out entirely — never invented. Registry updates bump the version, add a change-log note, and update the user-visible reviewed date together.
Disclaimer
PanCard Resizer Online is not an official or authorised tool of the Income Tax Department, Protean (NSDL), UTIITSL, or any government body. It validates technical settings only — dimensions, format, byte size and density metadata — and cannot guarantee that a portal accepts your image, which depends on photo content and live portal rules. Always compare the export values with the live form before submitting.
