Protean PAN resizer — DSC digital upload workflow
A single place to prepare all three asset types of the Protean DSC workflow for Forms 93/94: colour photo (3.5 × 2.5 cm, 200 DPI, ≤ 20 KB), colour signature (2 × 4.5 cm, 200 DPI, ≤ 10 KB), and source-listed black-and-white JPEG document pages (200 DPI, ≤ 300 KB/page). An optional combined PDF is not PDF/A-certified.

Which application path?
The DSC workflow at a glance
- 1Start your application on the official Protean portal and follow its live instructions — links below.
- 2Prepare the photo here with the DSC profile; the export panel shows pixel, byte and density checks.
- 3Then prepare the signature with the paired profile — same 200 DPI table, its own 10 KB cap.
- 4Prepare source-listed JPEG document pages with the per-page cap; download the optional standard PDF only if your live form accepts non-PDF/A PDFs.
- 5Upload all files on the official portal yourself. PanCard Resizer Online does not submit, charge, or store anything.

Common questions
Is this the same as the NSDL/Protean portal itself?
No. PanCard Resizer Online is independent of Protean, UTIITSL and the Income Tax Department. It only prepares files to match the specification table that Protean publishes for the DSC workflow.
Can PanCard Resizer Online submit my application?
No. There is no submission, payment or account integration. Files are prepared locally and uploaded by you on the official portal.
What if Protean updates the table?
The registry is reviewed whenever forms change, and each profile shows its last-reviewed date and change log. Stale presets are paused rather than silently served.
